Above Beyond Cleaning (ABC) operates solely as a private trust activity under the authority of the VallMosDonnell Private Trust. All offerings, including materials, tools, and guidance, are extended as private trust benefits to beneficiaries, not as commercial transactions.

By engaging with this Site or its services, you agree and acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, as a participant in a private, non-commercial capacity, and not as a member of the public engaging in commerce.

2. Access and Use

• You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to engage with this trust platform.

• You agree to use this Site in good faith, respecting the private nature of the trust.

3. Offerings of the Trust

  are extended strictly for private use and benefit within the trust.

These offerings do not constitute consumer goods or services and are not subject to public statutory regulation.

4. Contributions and Honorariums

Any contributions made via this Site, including offerings titled “packages,” are regarded as private donations or honorariums in exchange for trust benefits.
No VAT, tax, or regulatory obligation applies, and no public commercial invoices are issued.

5. Shipping and Fulfilment

Fulfilment of items offered by the Trust will be handled with diligence and care. Beneficiaries are expected to provide accurate delivery information, and delays due to incorrect entries or third-party carriers shall not be the responsibility of the Trust.

6. Right of Return

As part of private trust courtesy, items may be returned in good condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or consideration. However, as this is a non-commercial relationship, this does not imply a statutory right under public law.

Returns must be communicated via our contact channel prior to dispatch. The Trust reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged or used goods.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• All benefits, materials, and support are offered in good faith and for private educational or operational use only.

• The Trust assumes no liability for how any offering is used once received.

• No guarantees, warranties, or representations are made beyond the private good faith of the Trust.

• Participants agree to hold the Trust and its Trustees harmless from any loss, claim, or liability arising from their private use of the materials.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information exchanged between the Trust and its participants is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared outside the private domain, except where lawfully required by proper due process.

9. Governing Principles
