No VAT, tax, or regulatory obligation applies, and no public commercial invoices are issued.
5. Shipping and Fulfilment
Fulfilment of items offered by the Trust will be handled with diligence and care. Beneficiaries are expected to provide accurate delivery information, and delays due to incorrect entries or third-party carriers shall not be the responsibility of the Trust.
6. Right of Return
As part of private trust courtesy, items may be returned in good condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or consideration. However, as this is a non-commercial relationship, this does not imply a statutory right under public law.
Returns must be communicated via our contact channel prior to dispatch. The Trust reserves the right to refuse returns of damaged or used goods.
